I have also encountered the same problem.  I resolved it by rebooting
the machine and then it works.

Hi,
Usually when a new misc deps package comes out, I extract the files to a
folder and select the ones I need, i.e. Installer and Source.
afterward, I will then copy them to the clipboard and paste them into
the NVDA folder under trunk.
However, after pressing "Yes to all," there is a few seconds pause and
then it tells me that it can't copy the folders because IAProxy.dll is
still running and that another program or person is using it.
Has this happened ot any of you, and how do you go about installing the
misc deps package?
