[Nvda-dev] Comtypes 0.6.0

Hi,

I *think* you can. But There are some changes that need to be made in 
NVDA so that it can take advantage of the new dynamic dispatch support 
that comtypes 0.6 brings.

We won't be doing this for NVDa 0.6p3, but straight after we will make 
the changes.
