New description:

 OS: Windows XP Service Pack 3
 Application: Microsoft Office 2003 Outlook

 Observed:
 After installation of NVDA 0.6 PL1 Outlook 2003 does not function
 correctly.

 The reader speaks "Inbox Microsoft Outlook Pane".

 After this using the down and up arros does not cause the title / sender
 of the mail to be spoken.  Similarly if the message is opened the Window
 is announced, but the body of the mail isnot read.

 This occured with the message being in HTML or Plain Text.
 This issue does not occur with NVDA 0.5

 Steps to Repro:
 1.  Install NVDA 0.6 PL1
 2.  Open Office Outlook 2003
 3.  The window is correctly announced, but then nothing appears to
 function from that point on.

 Other potential relevant information:
 1.  My inbox usually has around 1000 messages in it.
 2.  I have Thunder screen reader installed (but turned off)
 3.  I had an eSpeak SAPI5 voice pack pre-installed.
