Please sorry for the inconvenience today there were infact three minor 
seperate updates to the mist dependencies package. I don't know what 
might cause your issue because me and mick and jamie are able to confirm 
that latest revision works with ia2.dll unregistered. Can you please try 
updating to the Version 2008-07-08-03 of the misc dependencies? Can you 
also try to run snapshot r2002 from the snapshots page for a test if it 
works any different?
Also I don't know if this should affect new nvda helper library but 
might be related. Are you runing NVDA as an administrator or as a 
restricted user?

Thanks for the testing.. I believe this can be sorted out.
