[Nvda-dev] NVDA uninstallation prompts

I personally think there should be a reboot necessary at the
installation and uninstallation of NVDA because that way you make sure
that when you install that you have a fresh copy with nothing slowing it
down or causing errors when the installation is complete. As for
uninstallation, a restart is good because it clears out all traces of
the installation, including the talking voice.
