[Nvda-dev] A little update of old virtual buffer initialization file

Dear users and developers,

    Because of highly remarkable help from Peter Vagner, I can send new 
little update of virtual buffer old initialization file. Tomorrov I will 
finish The job and I will implement more quick navigation keys to this 
initialization module. I will also report issues caused by newest version of 
Python and newest version of comtypes. I will please core developers for 
analysis of those errors. I think, that those errors can be corrected. And I 
will finish quick navigation keys. I Am too slov, but I will try to be more 
faster and more efficient.

Thank You for testing new navigation keys not only in IE, but also in other 
applications, where old virtual buffers initialization file is executed by 
NVDA.
