Hi,

I had already done that before changed the way mnemonics is processed. 
Then I, probably, forgot to include the colons after the change. I feel 
I also don't have any strong argues: besides the fact, I've commited the 
updated Russian language file for the old strings without colons. Smile.

Waiting for other developers comments. I'm happy with adding the colon 
when constructing labels, as it was my initial idea. But anyway, i will 
be able to find a bit of time on this week to update Russian translation 
once again if core devs think your way is better.
