Not without more information. What is "strange sound" ?
If you install the SAPI5 version of eSpeak (1.42.04) from
http://espeak.sourceforge.net/, does that give the same problem? Note
that additional pronunciation data for Russian is at:
http://espeak.sourceforge.net/data/. This includes information for which
syllable of a word has the main stress.
The eSpeak installation also includes a command-line version in:
C:\Program Files\eSpeak\command_line
(or wherever you installed it). Try:
espeak -v ru -f test.txt
where "test.txt" is a text file which contains Russian text in UTF-8
character encoding (or add option -b4 for 16-bit Unicode encoding). I
have attached an example. Does it say "русский язык" ?
