Hello,

It would be very interesting to know if all problematic users of ESpeak are
running service pack 2 instead of service pack 3

Hi,

For now at least, I have replaced the copy on nvda-project.org/3rdParty
with the mingw build. I have also made all future snapshots use the
mingw build. A few people had started emailing me about failing eSpeak
also.

Investigation of how to use MSVC is definitly welcome, but my first
priority was to make sure that snapshots were still usable while we work
it out.
