[Nvda-dev] renaming of navigator object

Hi all,

To simplify the understanding of NVDA for new users, I would like to
rename the navigator object to something else.
Major reasons why the current situation is confusing are:
  * The navigator object isn't really one specific object, its really
the object the user has currently navigated to.
  * Navigating by object, and navigating by text inside an object have
two different names (navigator object, and review cursor).

Some ideas:
  * Rename the navigator object to the Review cursor (the Review cursor
would then be used both for moving by object, and through an object's text).
  * Rename the navigator object and review cursor to the NVDA cursor.
Noting that it would be more resembling the voiceOver cursor, rather
than perhaps the Jaws cursor.

What are peoples' thoughts on this?

I am also working on filtering out pointless objects from object
navigation, in a local branch, which is already looking promicing.

I'm hoping these changes will make object navigation in NVDA a little
more useful, and perhaps a little more widely used.

Thanks
Mick
