[Nvda-dev] How to add new TTS to NVDA?

Dear Pete,
Why do we need to install Inflector? From their website, they said it's
kind of a handy piece of code that transforms words from singular to plural,
class names to table names, modularized class names to ones without and
class names to foreign keys etc. There are two version available PHP and
PYTHON. If we can download it, where and what we should do afterward?
