Currently, british english espeak voice pronounces "a" as [eI]
anywhere. "this is [eI] test". but in en-us it makes article "a" as
[a], which is correct for me. So My request can espeak (at least voice
en-us) makes a single "a" as [a], if it is outside the tag <spell>?
