[Nvda-dev] NVDA fails to start even when the installer is being run

When this happens, Can you imediately go to your temporary directory (c:\documents and settings\your user name\local settings\temp) and provide to us your nvda.log? I hope it will help understand what's happens.

I am not sure this is because of windows seven. I've seen a sort of same issue some time earlier on my friend's machine... Seems as this is another issue with NVDA config.
