Indeed. These would have blocked the release, but I don't see a fix any 
time soon. I think it is a serious bug in Windows itself and working 
around it isn't really possible without writing our own SysTreeView32 
accessibility implementation. I've also contacted Microsoft about this bug.

One of our goals is to release more frequently. Certainly, this release 
doesn't have the same degree of major new features (wow factor) as 
2009.1 did, but also remember that 2009.1 was a very long time in 
coming. For those of us that are happy to run development builds, this 
is fine, but many aren't. Also, releases have previously tended to get 
out of hand and have become a nightmare to handle.

This release offers a great deal of polish and bug fixes. I think you 
may find there is more than you think; see the what's new.
